Rambong Sor Therapat extended his winning streak to three with a gritty split decision over Sornsueknoi FA Group in the flyweight Muay Thai co-main event of The Inner Circle 18 on Friday.
The all-southpaw battle aired exclusively on live.onefc.com in Asia primetime from Bangkok’s historic Lumpinee Stadium.
The mirror matchup made for a fascinating tactical contest from the opening bell. Rambong mixed head and body attacks with powerful punch combinations, while Sornsueknoi looked to operate on the outside, relying on counter-strikes and chopping low kicks to keep his opponent at range.
