Crimson Desert patch 1.11.0 is here, and introduces two big new changes of interest. Unlike the key highlights of the 1.10.0 (Wyvern-riding), which were outlined in a long-term roadmap, these ones are surprise improvements we didn’t see coming. The first is that the currently existing pet-collection challenge will now reward you with an item that lets you register even more pets. However, the total amount of pets sandboxing in your camp is still capped.
The other one is the ability to get back lost unique items you’ve left behind, which vendors will now start selling after an in-game week has passed. However, this does not include uniques you’ve sold to vendors (at least from what the Crimson Desert 1.11.0 patch ntoes suggest).
Without further ado, here are the full official patch notes.
Crimson Desert patch 1.11.0 notes: All changes and everything new
Added new challenges that allow you to register more pets.
You can now register up to 100 pets.
However, you can only summon up to 50 pets at camp even if you have more than 50 pets registered.
Added reward items for the existing pet challenge that increases the number of pets you can register.
If you have already completed the relevant challenge, you will receive the items retroactively.
Added a dedicated map icon for baby wyverns.
[Damiane/Oongka] Can now equip the Mining Drill and Chainsaw.
The Iron Eagle and Phoenix can now equip the “Sigil of Valor.”
For those who haven’t played in a while, the game has added a number of pets, including tameable birds, in the last few weeks. Here are some of the new wild pets in Crimson Desert (that aren’t dogs or cats) and where to get them.
