Kreston Global adds Armenian member company to network

Kreston Global has expanded its international network by admitting Yerevan-based LL Consulting, which will now trade as Kreston Armenia.

Set up in 2020 by Levon Sargizov and Lilit Gharajyan, the company has a team of more than 20 professionals. It provides accounting, legal advisory and customs brokerage services.

LL Consulting also works with foreign investors including businesses from the Netherlands and Lebanon, targeting the Armenian market.

Its clients span sectors such as textiles, import-export, media, retail and hospitality, with many requiring support in jurisdictions including the EU, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus and the US.

Kreston Armenia general director Zara Manasaryan said: “Joining Kreston Global marks an exciting milestone for our firm.

“We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused services, and being part of this respected global network allows us to enhance our capabilities, share knowledge and better serve clients with international needs.”

Through Kreston Global, Kreston Armenia will gain access to “international best practices” along with technical resources, training programmes, collaboration with global expert groups and a referral platform.

Kreston Global CEO Liza Robbins said: “We are delighted to welcome Kreston Armenia to our network.

“They are an ambitious firm with key skills whose values align closely with ours. Their local expertise and commitment to quality will be a valuable addition to our global community.”

Last month, Kreston Global added Nepal-based accounting practice SAR Associates as a member.

Headquartered in Kathmandu, SAR Associates provides audit, tax and advisory services.

The company, founded in 2002, works with clients across sectors such as banking and financial services, hydropower, infrastructure, international development, manufacturing and public sector organisations.

“Kreston Global adds Armenian member company to network” was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
