An overview of Plant Contracts in Build a Ring Farm

Plant Contracts represent the game’s questing system, where you can complete the specified tasks in exchange for rewards. These are particularly helpful in the early game as a way to earn a few extra resources like Cash and boosts. Late-game players may not receive as many critical rewards as newcomers, but the additional prizes are worth keeping.

You can find the Plant Contracts board close to the seed rerolling slots, where you can view and reroll the listed missions. Currently, rerolling a Plant Contract is a premium feature.

Here are a few mission types that you may find on the Plant Contracts board:

• Submit plants of a certain type.
• Submit plants of a certain value.
• Submit plants of a certain rarity.

Once you finish a mission, interact with the completed mission on the board to turn it in and receive the associated prizes. The rewards include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Boosts

Contract Rank XP and Cash are always given as rewards for finishing a Contract. Upon accruing the specified amount of Contract Rank XP, your Contract Rank levels up, giving you access to a greater breadth of quests and rewards. Each rank-up grants you a reward as well, which includes some of the items listed above.

This system has no expiration date; it is a permanent addition to the mechanics of the experience. You don’t necessarily need to rush through the leveling process; the missions featured are all related to regular gameplay. So, you are likely to finish them without actively pursuing their completion.
