All characters and Light Cones

The second half of Honkai Star Rail 4.3 is set to introduce two new sets of character and Light Cone banners. Unlike the first phase, this one will feature reruns, allowing players to acquire those existing units and their signature LCs. Furthermore, Mortenax Blade’s banner will not carry over to the second half; hence, everyone should try to get him before his warp event expires.

This article lists every character and Light Cone that’ll be available during the second half of Honkai Star Rail 4.3.

All Honkai Star Rail 4.3 second half character banners

After Mortenax Blade’s limited-time banner expires, HSR 4.3’s second half will commence. During phase two, you’ll be able to get two 5-star characters, Cyrene and Phainon. Although both units are a bit old, they are still viable in the title’s current meta. The former is irreplaceable in most Remembrance teams, while the latter is an exceptional AoE damage dealer.

Besides the abovementioned units, three 4-stars will be featured in both character warp events. The following section lists every character you can get during Honkai Star Rail 4.3’s phase two:

• 5-star: Cyrene (Ice, Remembrance Path)
• 5-star: Phainon (Physical, Remembrance Path)
• 4-star: March 7th (Ice, Preservation Path)
• 4-star: Arlan (Lightning, Destruction Path)
• 4-star: Yukong (Imaginary, Harmony Path)

Alongside the characters, two new Light Cone banners will be active during HSR 4.3’s phase two. These two are Cyrene and Phainon’s signature LCs. If you already have these units in your collection, pulling these light cones is a good idea.

Similar to the character warp event, the light cone banners will feature three 4-stars with a boosted drop rate. Here are all the LCs you can get during the second half of HSR 4.3:

• 5-star: This Love, Forever (Remembrance Path)
• 5-star: Thus Burns the Dawn (Destruction Path)
• 4-star: Subscribe for More! (The Hunt Path)
• 4-star: Dance! Dance! Dance! (Harmony Path)
• 4-star: A Secret Vow (Destruction Path)
