Germany have restored their lead against Curacao courtesy of a goal from Nico Schlotterbeck.

His Borussia Dortmund teammate Felix Nmecha gave Germany an early lead, who linked up with Florian Wirtz to score a stunning curler inside six minutes.

However, Curacao responded with a goal not too long later, making it 1-1, surprising the Germans.

But in the 38th minute, the 6 ft 3 defender scored a towering header from a corner to make it 2-1.
