Lucilla is the final Lahai-Roi resonator introduced in the Wuthering Waves 3.4 update. The president of the Startorch Academy finally completes Hiyuki’s team, becoming the dedicated sub-DPS who can apply the Glacio Chafe status effect on enemies, boosting the Miko’s damage output.
This article will cover the best build guide for Lucilla in Wuthering Waves.
Similar to other Lahai-Roi characters, Lucilla in Wuthering Waves can freely switch between her two modes. Here are the best Sonata sets for her:

The Wishes of Quiet Snowfall is undoubtedly her best-in-slot option if you use the Glacio Chafe mode on her. This set grants a 10 percent Glacio Damage bonus as part of the two-piece bonusand a 5-piece set allows you to increase this by 10 percent more for 15 seconds when you apply Glacio Chafe.
Applying Glacio Chafe also grants the Snowfall effect, which is removed when you use Resonance Liberation. Once this effect is removed, it will increase the character’s Crit Rate by 25 percent. If you have the Snowfall effect while performing an Outro, it will increase the incoming character’s Glacio damage.
Here are the stats that you should target:
The Moonlit Clouds works quite well as a support/ sub-DPS set. As part of its two-piece bonus, you will gain a 10% Energy Regeneration Rate. If you have a full 5-piece equipped, it can grant a 22.5% ATK bonus to the upcoming resonator for 15 seconds.
The Energy Regeneration is not usable on her, but this set allows her to support her team by buffing their ATK.
Here are the stats that you should target:
The main echo that you should use on her depends on the set that you have equipped. If you are using the Wishes of Quiet Snowfall, use the 3-cost Glommoth as the main echo. Using your echo skill will deal Glacio Damage to enemies and also provide a Glacio boost to the incoming resonator, making it the perfect support piece.
Moonlit Clouds users should use the Impermanence Heron, which allows the user to buff the incoming character’s damage if they use the Outro skill within 15 seconds of activating the echo skill.
Here are all of her skills and the order in which you should prioritize upgrading:

The Freeze Frame is her signature weapon, and the one that you should use if you obtain it from the 3.4 banners. It gives her a 12 percent attack, and when she applies Glacio Chafe, it increases her Glacio Damage by 30 percent for 14 seconds. She can also buff her allies’ ATK by 24%.
The Stringmaster is a good stat stick for her, allowing you to increase her personal damage output. It grants a 12 percent All-attribute damage bonus, and once you activate her Resonance Skill, it allows you to buff the ATK by 12 percent for 5 seconds.
Here are a few other viable options:

Here are some of the best team compositions that you can use for her:
Lucilla will be the dedicated Glacio Chafe support for Hiyuki in Wuthering Waves, but for the rest of the teams, you will need to use her Echo mode.
