On June 7, 2026, BTS released the NORMAL LOG series as part of their 2026 FESTA celebrations for the group’s 13th anniversary on June 13. Each member shared their own NORMAL LOG video on BANGTANTV. The videos were exactly 6 minutes and 13 seconds, referencing the debut date of June 13, 2013.
BTS’ Taehyung’s NORMAL LOG included casual daily footage such as a gym workout session where he performed dumbbell lateral raises while wearing a black cap and black sweatshirt over a pink-collared shirt.
Following the release, the vlog drew criticism in some online replies. Comments referencing the need for a ‘facelift’ and ‘botox injections’ appeared under posts sharing clips and photos from Taehyung’s video. These replies targeted his natural appearance in the casual gym scenes.
The criticism led to responses from fans defending Taehyung. They highlighted his unchanged look and features.
Defending Taehyung, one fan said:
“Taehyung the first idol to get hate for NOT STUFFING HIS FACE WITH BOTOX OR PLASTIC😭😭 Even his antis know he is natural… Also his face pretty and jawline still sharp as a knife”
More fans came forward and defended Taehyung.

The NORMAL LOG videos show each member doing different activities. In his NORMAL LOGRM started his day with coffee and spent time reading a book, American Century: Art and Culture 1950–2000. j-hope showed his morning skincare routine in the bathroom and did some light dance practice. Suga sat in his studio playing and tuning his new guitar.
Jin did a workout session at the hotel gym, where Jimin and Jungkook made brief appearances. Jimin tidied his room, folded clothes, and had casual conversations with other members. Jungkook focused on his fitness routine with weight training at the gym.
BTS FESTA 2026 has been ongoing since June 4. The celebrations opened with the release of a group family photo on that day. On June 5, the official performance video for Hooligan came out. A B-sides film followed on June 8.
Other FESTA items include the digital release of Come Over on June 12 at 1 pm KST. The limited edition picture disc vinyl for the fifth album, ARIRANGalso arrives on June 12.
On June 11, Spotify announced the music video for Merry Go Round. It will come out on June 19 at 6 pm KST. The video will appear only on the K-Pop ON! Hub for Spotify Premium users in selected regions.
On June 10, BTS put out the FESTA Dinner Party 2.0 video. During the video, the members talked about the upcoming shows in Busan and said they had prepared a special gift for ARMY.
On June 10 and June 11, fans shared photos showing many large cardboard boxes stacked on pallets close to Busan Asiad Main Stadium. Fans linked the boxes to the gift the members described in the Dinner Party 2.0 video.
BTS will hold the ARIRANG World Tour concerts in Busan on June 12 and June 13. It marks the group’s 13th debut anniversary.
